  3. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Breakage During Shipping: We are not responsible for breakage that occurs during shipping. However, if your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at liam@liamsgoods.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate the return process by contacting us at liam@liamsgoods.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
  2. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is adequately protected during transit.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
  3. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
